Ordered the 14�� split king and the NS2 Pro Base on the 6th. 2 mattresses were delivered on the 10th. 1 base delivered on the 11th. And the other base delivered on the 12th. Just like other comments, the frames came put together- all I had to do was put the legs on and connect power. I love how you can choose from like 6 different heights for the legs. The remotes ARE wireless and take triple A batteries. The buttons light up and there��s even a flash light on the top of the remote. All functions work as they should. The massage is loud, but nice! I will definitely use it often. The best part? The mattresses are like lying on a cloud. Not super firm, it does sink in a bit, but I absolutely love it. It��s only been out of box for a day so maybe it��ll firm up more. This is absolutely the best money I ever spent. I��m so excited to be able to sit up and read and not disrupt my husbands sleep AND be super comfortable! Buy this. Save thousands. You won��t regret it!

I have to be honest and tell you I was EXTREMELY skeptical about ordering such a high price item from BAYCLARA. This is definitely the most expensive purchase ive made at one time. I bought the queen MS01 Adjustable bed with massage and the 12" which cooling gel mattress as a set. It was on sale so I got the set for just under $700. It came a day earlier than expected. It arrived by UPS. it is very heavy. 130lb for the frame. 70lbs for the mattress. My delivery driver did bring into the house for me bc it was raining the day it was delivered. I greatly appreciated that. My husband and I took it upstairs and set it up very quickly. The longest part was decided with height of legs we wanted bc we have a chihuahua with bed steps that we had to allow for. It works perfectly. It has underbed light. Quiet adjustment. The massage has 3 levels of intensity as well as several mode type to cycle thru. The massage is a little loud but nothing that is a deal breaker. I dont have to adjust my tv volume or anything like that. Its actual really soothing to be honest. Now downstairs it can be heard and might be noticeable if anyone was down there but its just me and the hubby and we go to bed together so its fine. He woke up earlier than me to go down and make coffee and said he could hear it downstairs when I turned it on. The zero gravity head and foot adjustment preset is my favorite setting. It has 2 extra memory setting button for you to set up your own settings. I can only say i am VEYOND THRILLED with this purchase. If you are thinking about it just do it. I love this bed and mattress.

Got this for my elderly mother for a more comforable sleep and for watching TV. Very easy to assemble. Light weight so easy to move around in the room when needed. Adjusting is easy and smooth.

I'm more happy with an adjustable base than I thought I would be! It's wonderful to raise the bed head so I can watch tv better. I have facet joint pain in my neck: I often can't move my neck in the morning so thought this would help. I also have GERD so elevating my head is important. Wish I had done this a couple years ago! Plus it was so easy to put together; now regret telling my godson I'd pay him $100 to put it together because it literally took 15 minutes! (He did have to take down the old one too thought).

After shopping around, it was an amazing surprise to find this incredibly low priced adjustable bed and mattress! Super easy set up, the wireless remote works perfectly and the mattress is SO comfortable. I highly recommend this product!

I haven't been over 30 for long now, but for the last few years ive been waking up in pain. I work 50 hour work weeks and though im just over working myself. But why would it hurt just to sleep? Ive spent $600 on different matress toppers hoping something would help because my matress is fairly new. Any way i decided I'm done spending money on toppers and decided to get this one. The price sold it for me, plus seeing how easy it would be to assemble. All I had to do was put the legs on. And they just twist on. The hardest part was dragging the box up my step into the house. The bed itself is not super quiet but it doesn't bother me. The matress is so comfortable my first nap on it i woke up with zero pain. Its been almost a week now and it doesn't hurt to sleep anymore. I've been sleeping so peacefully. I wish I had gotten this set sooner. The matress itself is firmer than I prefer but i can no longer tolerate soft mattresses. I need the support this offers and have to just learn to adjust to what my body needs and not what I want. Overall I'm super happy. I've been sleeping through the night and not waking up to adjust because something is hurting. Its great.!

Amazing and just WOW!!! I'll admit I didn't have high expectations... I saw it only had a 4.5 review rating with only a couple hundred sold... BUT it was just as easy to install as it shows on it ad. Yes it was extremely heavy... but the massage on this thing is super ridiculous lol!!! We felt it through most of the rooms in our house. We even got a massage standing next to it hahaha!! We just put it up tonight and everyone has had a chance to try it out and we all fell in ??love! Now we all want one! The price is very good for the quality thus far! It is very sturdy and has nice felt tips on the bottom of all the legs. I bought this for my elderly mother and I'll tell ya I will also be getting one for me! I should have bought the mattress that they offered but I did go with a different one can't say it is bad but im sure there are better ones. Glad I found this bed for sure!! The remote is very easy it even has a flashlight on the remote. Pretty cool I might add!

This little thing is mighty. The mattress is comfortable. Honestly the best deal for a bed set like this on BAYCLARA. Customer service is amazing through BAYCLARA, the first time I ordered, the base never came. They immediately refunded me, and I ordered again, and it was here in a couple days. It��s HEAVY, 120 lbs for the base, but it couldn��t be more simple to put together! Once it��s all together, it dropped right into my chosen bed frame. I love the massage feature, it��s so soothing to me. It��s just a light vibration, it��s not too noisy. But it makes me feel so grounded. I love to turn it on while meditating. It��s wonderful. Highly recommend the set, mattress, with the vibrating bed base. The remote is awesome too.

For the price I'm very happy with my purchase. The item arrived earlier than anticipated but the mattress arrived a day later. I have the standard size bed. It was fairly easy to put together. It would be better to have two people but somehow this 69 year old lady (lol) put this together by myself. I only needed help bringing the box into the house as it is very heavy. The mechanics have been working well so far. I like the USB ports on each side of the bed plus an attached pouch to keep your cell phone or the remote in. I purchased the 10" mattress and have had no problems with it. In fact the first night I slept on this bed I slept for 6 hours straight which is incredible for me as I usually toss and turn and wake up several times a night. My sleep quality was great. Some reviews say this mattress is too firm but I find it comfortable. The instructions say not to sit on the end or the head of the bead so when I get up I sit on the edge in the middle. You can feel the mattress adjust to your weight so I assume as you lay on it it adjusts to your whole body. This bed feels very sturdy and the noise level is relatively quiet when adjusting up and down. The remote is very easy to use too. There is a light under the bed that can be controlled from the remote for those times you need to get up at night but don't want to turn on a bright light. I find this useful. However, if you plan on storing things under the bed you may block the light since it is in the center underneath the bed. You can install the legs to one of 3 heights. If you decided to change the height at a later time you will have to remove the mattress to tip the bed over to unscrew one of the rods from each leg so I would decide on a height before installing it. I did not have to call customer service so I cannot answer to how their service is. I've only had this bed for a few weeks but so far it's doing what it's supposed to do and I am very happy with it, especially not breaking the bank to purchase it. I would recommend it to my friends.

I had tried to convince my wife to get an adjustable frame for years before she finally did it but now that she has one she swears she won't be able to go back. So after I started having back pain I said you know what, sleep is 1/3 of my life I'm doing one too. But I wanted the full monty so I went for this one, wireless remote, massage, all the bells and whistles. Now I don't use it every single night but when I need it, it does wonders. Plus it beats the heck out of not being able to adjust your bed at all. It's extremely sturdy (even though its a little heavy, but you want it to be heavy so it can support you) and I haven't heard it creak once.The little kid in me also secretly loves the massage feature. I remember going to hotels as a kid and never being able to afford the quarter into the massage machine so this allows my inner child to have a blast! Plus I could be crazy but I feel like the massage is so strong it actually is making a difference. I can't tell you how much better I sleep with this frame. The quality of my sleep has improved dramatically.I also found a nifty little "hack" with this frame if you want to be able to use a twin mattress rather than the recommended twin XL: you just rotated the bracket at the bottom 180 degrees and it holds a twin perfectly and fits exactly how it should!

We purchased 2 twin frames and used like a split king I cannot say enough good things about it. These frames are absolutely amazing and saved us so much money. Thank you so much for the awesome products. Not to mention it said it wouldn��t be here for 5 days and it was here 2 days later!!!!!!! Simple setup myself as a female was able to put it together all by myself. No missing parts everything was there.

Fantastic!! Got this for my Split King. I got risers so I��d be able to put larger bins underneath, but the light is perfect, the motor is super quiet, pairing is easy, and the charging works great. I put these together myself, and I have awful joints, but these were super easy. I just rolled the box (it��s square) into the room, unboxed, and 15 minutes later I was pairing the remote! Don��t even bother looking at any others. I did so much research. These are the ones!

My husband and I have debated a few years whether we should invest in an adjustable bed and we finally decided to go for it. I read the reviews of many different ones and this Marsail seemed to have everything we wanted and needed. The frame is heavy and our bedroom is upstairs but once that step was accomplished it took just a few minutes to put it together. Some reviews commented on how loud the massage feature is but leaving it on the lowest setting on a 30 minute timer was perfect, it lulled us to sleep almost immediately and we had a wonderful night's sleep on it. My smart watch didn't even record any snoring for the first time in months. We had it slightly elevated. Definitely money well spent.

A great purchase. I bought this because my bedroom is small and the queen size had to go. I love the fact that it is adjustable and very easy to set up on my own. I needed no tools and was good to go in about 15 minutes. Make sure to move the power cords and strap them with velcro our of the way, because my under bed storage kept pulling it out.Now, the massage is less massage, and more vibration. I find it a little loud and instead of using the head vibration I use the foot one and it is less noisy.The mattress was good and I aired it out for two days. It inflated well and as a twin xl it is plenty long enough for me at 6'2 and 190 pounds.Also, pair the remote before putting the mattress on the bed...less crawling!Just in case, I did buy the replacement plan.

Heavy but easy to assemble. The base comes with different length legs to adjust the height of the bed. It offers 3 different heights to choose from. The assembly was easy and straightforward. The quality of the build was sturdy with self locking nuts to secure fasteners holding the base mechanisms together. The motors look compact but they are very powerful. No sound of straining from the motors when moving the base. Im heavy weighing 250 pounds, the adjustable base is capable of full motion with no strain or hesitation. The zero g setting is comfortable and convenient with one touch of a button. I have a 12 inch mattress on this base and it works perfectly. The LED light is a nice feature, it turns off automatically after a few minutes, just long enough for that trip to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The adjustable bed frame made it all the way to Hawaii, no breakages, perfect right out of the box. Saved a lot of money buying from BAYCLARA. No regrets. Very happy.
